Jack will email the template and President’s message to Chris. PCI and Laison will pay postage and mailing costs for three bulletins/year. We will also create a PDF file of the Round-up for posting on our website.

There is a discussion of whether or not to co-host conventions between MDHB and PDCA. PDCA will hold its next board meeting in Kansas City on June 3-5 at the Embassy Suites. Their phone number is 816.931.3227. This board meeting will coincide with the MDHB board meeting. PDCA board members will attend the MDHB meeting and hold further discussions regarding the co-hosting of conventions.

Will be held 2/13/05 – 2/19/05 on the Vision of the Sea cruise. The cruise will be of the Mexican Riviera. It was suggested to add a vendor card to be signed by each vendor so the attendees could enter a drawing for the door prizes.
Dan will ask each member to get a new member to join and attend the 2005 conference.
We will accept $5000 to allow all Collector Association of California members to become members of PDCA for one year.
There will be a logo contest for the new name in the next Round-up. The contest will run for 3 months and a winner decided upon at the end of that period.
